I struggled for most of my adult life with my own mental health issues, being labeled bipolar. After about 18 years or research and over 4 years of constant work I've managed to completely balance my emotional state of mind and now live a much more vibrant joyful and balanced life. When I started this journey offer 4 years ago I said to myself that once I've managed to balance my own emotions I want to help others.
