I am a psychology student with a level 5 FETAC award in counselling and psychology. I am hoping to become a psychologist some day ! 👑
My whole life, I felt there was something different about me. And people let me know it too.. some in good some in bad ways and that led to many things. I suffered from self-harm for about4/5 years. Begining since I was 13. After that I was on an off but I am proud to say that now been 18 I stay clear of that. I still suffer from Anxiety as well as seasonal depression but I am handling it better than I ever did -nowadays. 🌼
I want you to know that not everything lasts and that in fact, there are ways of getting better. Even more than you can imagine. There may be ways which will be tough at first. But you must be strong and even if you think you're not. There are always. ALWAYS. - people who will be strong with you and for you.
I am definetly one of them. And I can help lead you to a grounding and happy mental place if you let me. Because afterall, only we can truly help ourselves. But, there's nothing wrong with getting some extra help along the way. So send me a chat if you're ever down or whatever the case may be 🤗
SOME ANXIETY ATTACK TECHNIQUES :
× take a deep breath ( I know it's hard )
× focus on whats around you. ( 3 things you can see, 3 things you can touch, 3 things u can smell, 3 things u can hear. No matter what they are)
× Acknowledge that you are having an anxiety attack. Tell yourself that you are.
× Ask yourself why you are having one. Try to figure out if your reaction is necessary and if the issue can be solved.
× There's always a way always a solution.
