Hi! I'm Ri. I'm experienced in helping talk my friends through some difficult times and I've dealt with my own stuff, too. I've struggled with my mental health so I know first hand how hard it can be, but I also know through experience that thing can get so much better!
I have a chronic illness and chronic pain so can give support from a place of experience. I'm happy to be a listening ear or direct you to places that have helped me.
