** I will not be active for a while, if the problem is urgent please connect with another listener **
Hello everyone!  I know how being alone makes you feel. I experienced, and I want to help people who go through some difficulties because you are not alone.

Since I'm not a trained psychologist, there are some problems that I can't help. These are; sexual problems, self-harm. I don't think I can be helpful on these problems and I don't want to waste your time. There are plenty of other listeners who can be more useful in these subjects.

Overcoming Fear of Success
Student Support / by FelixLlyod

...See more Hello everyone, I hope everyone is okay. Today I wanted to mention about "Fear of Success" which I know many people are experiencing it. 1st: Identify your fear. There are many types of fear of success and each requires a different kind of handling.I'm giving a link that can be a guide for your identification. ( https://www.lifehack.org/articles/communication/what-you-have-fear-success.html ) 2nd: Try to build self-confidence. Try to write down your previous successes and think about what did it cost you to cause fear of success. Also, another way to build self-confidence is accepting failure. Failure is part of being human. The important thing is getting some experiences and lessons from your failure. 3rd: Try to think about how fear is limiting you. If you know your limits you can work on them. Did you experience fear of success? If you did, what do/did you do to overcome your fear of success? Want to share your biggest success in life? What does success means to you? Studying more Efficiently

...See more Hello everyone, I hope everyone is safe and well. Today I want to share some tips that can be used for efficient study. If you have a visual memory, writing notes with tables or schemas with colours will help you remember what you study, and I think remembering makes the study efficient. If you have auditory memory, you can explain the lesson to your teddy bear, which will help you to learn and remember. Study at daily bases. If you have too much work right before the exam, due to stress and time limit, there will be no efficient study. Be organized when your study. Too many things on the table will create distractions. Now I have some questions for you, and I would be so happy if you answer it. I'm wondering all of your answers. 1) What are the things that help you study efficiently? 2) How do you study? ( Writing, listening etc.) 3) Do you repeat your courses daily or weekly? If you have anything to add or any other thing to share related with efficient study, please free to add and share. It is okay not to study all the time during lock-down!

...See more Hello everyone! I always hear that " I'm always at home, but yet I still cannot study". So, I wanted to touch upon that subject. The first thing, I want to say that studying with negative emotions is always harder. We are experiencing tough times, and we all have negative feelings. So, sometimes it is normal not to study. Another thing, at home we have these feeling that I can study next hour or two hours later etc. Lastly, at home, we have more distraction that we can have in the school environment. So, it is okay to feel distracted. I can tell you that it is very reasonable to feel down and not to study. To get your maximum self, you must first feel more positive. You can do this maybe by doing self-care activities with guilt-free. Then you have to plan your day in order not to say I can work 5 hours later or tomorrow. Then you can remove the distractions and create a better environment as you can have in a library. PLEASE DO NOT OVERWHELM YOURSELF AND TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. THESE DAYS WILL END, AND WE ARE STRONG ENOUGH TO HANDLE THIS PRESSURE.
