Hello! My name is Ellie and I’m here to listen and help you work through any difficulties that you might be facing. I’d also like to take the opportunity to welcome you to the community and to let you know how glad I am that you’re deciding to seek help - everyone needs a helping hand at some point! I’ve overcome mental health issues of my own and I’m currently training as a psychologist. My area of expertise include depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, self harm, stress, family and relationship issues and student life but I am happy to hear from people experiencing other types of problems if they wish to speak!
