I am actually a therapist on here. I'd love to offer myself as a resource in responding to any questions, fears, hopes, confusion, etc. about the therapeutic process/ sharing your feelings and thoughts with a stranger in general! I know how difficult but freeing this whole thing can be!! I am acting as a listener, not a therapist here, but any and all help is beneficial and more importantly YOU ARE WORTH IT!  I like to get to know members/ listeners because I send my clients to you for support and you often become my clients when you need support. I believe most everything in life is connected like that ! All pieces of a puzzle! If you need help sorting things out I'd love to hear it.
