I'm a Canadian med school student majoring in psychology!
I have battled my own addictions, eating disorders and mental health/mood disorders. I have learned to cope with my past with sexual and mental abuse, along with suicide attempts and grief for losing people due to suicide, which gives me a easier way to understand, relate and help others going through similar situations.
I have experience in handling grief, domestic abuse and traumatic experience cases along with PTSD.
I'm also bisexual, so I can help those of you who are struggling with coming out or have questions about the LGBTQ+ community!
I am here to help, and show you unconditional compassion and support, so please don't be afraid to open up to me, I will do my best to understand and help you through any tough situation.
