Bio

As a listener .. I will try to providing a safe space for individuals to share their struggles with stress and mental health.  While I don't have a formal background in psychology or therapy, I have a deep understanding of the importance of active listening, empathy, and validation in supporting others. My goal is to help those I interact with feel heard, supported, and valued, while also encouraging them to seek professional help when needed. I believe that everyone deserves a listening ear and a safe space to share their experiences, and I am committed to being that support for those who need it.

Procrastination: Friend or Foe?

...See more We all have those moments when we just can't seem to get motivated to do anything. procrastination can be a tricky beast. On one hand, it can feel like a comforting friend, giving us an excuse to binge-watch our favorite shows or take an extra-long nap. But on the other hand, it can quickly turn into a foe, leading to stress and anxiety as we scramble to meet deadlines. In my opinion. The Art of Procrastination is often seen as a negative behavior, but it can actually be a useful coping mechanism for dealing with stress and overwhelm. By putting things off, we give our brains a break and allow ourselves time to relax and recharge. This can help us approach tasks with a clearer, more focused mindset when we eventually do get around to them. When we're constantly on the go and focused on productivity, it can be easy to overlook the value of simply doing nothing. However, taking a break and allowing ourselves to engage in non-productive activities can have numerous mental health benefits. From reducing stress and anxiety to improving creativity and problem-solving skills, doing nothing can actually be incredibly productive in the long run. What do you think about procrastination? Is it a friend or foe to your mental health? ..Do you think procrastination can be a helpful tool for mental health? Or do you think it's always a negative behavior that should be avoided?
