One new thing I learned is that I am really struggling with trusting my feelings and emotions. It has manifested into an obsessive thought process of looking for behaviors in my husband to create this narrative that he is being dishonest.
One thing I learned it that its okay to not be okay. People will always be here to listen and I don't have to go through my struggles alone
It was about alcohols. Adulterated ones, especially the red spirit. Long story short, that kind of product is only legal for chemical industries and such, so it is so much cheaper than the real alcohol. Unfortunately, people who don't have much money, buy this product and even kids who are "curious" about alcohols, regardless it's bad odour and unappealing colour. Not knowing, that on long term, it could make them loose their sanity and eyesight. That's it, yeah. A bit of a nerdy info, but that is what just has come on my mind.
@Dystopiatae95 Nerdy Information is what keeps the world going! I appreciate this intellectual post🤓
One thing I learned is that there is no reason to get mad and to express my anger without pointing fingers. To ask myself questions, such as “is this something to really be mad at?” or “will this matter in a couple of minutes/hours?”
One thing I learned is... The fear of rejection is worse than rejection itself.
I still have that fear
@Tazzie to help the others as much as i can
One new thing I learned is that moose charge at you and many states have moose related deaths. I have lived in Ohio and only seen mooses in zoos.
Wow I've never seen a Moose in real life. Only on TV. I live in Texas so the only animals I have seen upclose are cows and deer mostly but that's because I live in the country. Thanks for teaching me something I didn't know🤓
We often bargain our way through life, making micro deals here and there which we expect to make everything okay.
That m just left to try smoking marijuana to try to calm down my anxiety! Lolz! ;D
