One thing i learned is that being in a relationship hurts more than being single, especially if it's a non-toxic one. Being in a relationship with someone who doesn't comprehend your trauma and struggles, is tough, aha.. :P
Being persistence is worth is and resilience will pay off
One thing I learned is that not every action/situation needs my attention or reaction. We cannot control situations but surely can control whether to react or not. And even if we choose to react, we can choose the way of it. Therefore, I decide to either react calmly, carelessly than being worrisome over uncontrollable stuff.
One thing I've learned is to not let someone that doesn't care about how you feel continue to be in your life
I have learned that in concerned for calendars. There days are numbered.
Stress can be good to you.
@Storyhymns1234 can you explain your experience ? :)

I read this #
One thing I learned is I can't control everything or anyone no matter what I do. I just have to learn to deal with what I'm being dealt.
I’m worth more than I imagined. I’m trying not to sound like a Hallmark card, but it’s true. Somewhere along the way, after falling in love with a job, then falling out of it, I lost my sense of worth. I just forgot how invaluable I am. Maybe it’s because I’ve gotten numb to extremely high expectations of myself. I’ve gotten so used to overachieving that I forgot that I’m actually way above the bar. I’m not average, I’m talented and experienced.
One thing I've learned is the one person that I'm going to spend the most amount of time with in life is myself. That's why it's important for me to like who I am, accept who I am, value who I am, and over all be good to myself becauase ultimately it's up to me to create the kind of life experiences that make living worth while.
I learnt that it's okay not to perfect at things.. if we are enjoying what we do, we already are victorious, being perfect does not define whether or not we have succeeded in our field. 😊 Thankyou for reading!! Have a nice day/night!
