...See more I've been with my husband for 11 years and found out last year before covid he had an affair for several months and fell in love with the girl. We have three kids together and I think that is why he decided to stay. I realized I had kinda been on auto pilot with my marriage and I've tried to fix that over the last year. He still works with her though and everyday I feel like he's going to leave me and every day I am scared he's cheating again and I'm not enough.... I don't know how to deal with these negative thoughts

...See more I feel like I'm not enough for anyone. My husband about a year ago had an affair for several months. I have felt so unloved and so unwanted since. I also don't have any friends my husband was really my only friend but he has always been very self absorbed. I feel like most ppl are kind to me and I feel like im a a very caring person and kind person but it feels like no one likes me. I'm always the last person to know things and am always left out. I'm really struggling right now and don't really know y to do or how to cope
