One thing I learned is that I can't do it alone.
Things that I cant control are not worth my worries. If I cant do anything to change what I'm worried about, worrying more WILL NOT CHANGE THAT
I need to allow others space to go through their process.
One new thing I learned is that I should validate my negative emotions – in so doing I can detach from them in a healthy way

I have anxious attachment to others.
One thing I learned is that we are abmassadors of our mind. We have the power to choose whether to spread possitive or negative messages (to others and to ourselves). That is why I started to ask myself everyday "What kind of messenger are you?"

Out of sight out of mind can be very helpful in not fixating on things I cannot control or I have no part of.
Just because someone acts nice to you, doesn't mean they have the best intentions for you.
Learned this one the hard way.
