When I'm by the sea, with no one else around. In its immensity it's easy to get lost, away from everything, without leaving the shore.

THATS WHAT I NEED
FAITHFUL DAY6485
I feel most peaceful when I'm out in nature.
I am in a challenging adventure situation with no one in sight. I usually experience this in my solo high altitude treks.
I am most peaceful when I do yoga
This is going to sound paradoxical, but, I feel most at peace when I am on a crowded dance floor, with the lights down, and I can get lost in the music, not care about any judgements from any direction. If someone *does* make a comment about my dancing, I just remeber that, we all start at the beginning, and dancing beats sitting on the couch.
In that moment, I can competely relax, like *really* relax. When you're alone in a tub relaxed.. For those 3 or 4 minutes, nothing else in the world exists. Just my follow and I.
@Dh05 I can totally see how you would find that peaceful! You're doing what you love and just losing yourself in it!! It sounds great!
I am peaceful right here right now . Whenever we link our peace & happiness with situation , people and surrounding - we cannot be peaceful as people , situation and surrounding changes frequently. Wisdom is to do link your peace with anything which is changing.
I am peaceful & happy right here and right now as myself is source of peace , joy and happiness
@wonderfulPerspective91 - that is an interesting note about mindfulness! when we expect to feel a certain way from situations, people, or environments, we give control of our feelings to those things, which can definitely cause internal conflict. everything is transitory!
I watch the waves crash in the shore, the sound is relaxing.
I feel most peaceful when I am listening to good music.
I feel most peaceful when i am able to put smile on someone's face
I feel most peaceful when I am writing music
