I’ll start:
My Favorite Tea: Lemon Ginger Tea by Yogi
Why I Love It: I was never a tea drinker until I started drinking this tea (like literally - I always thought tea was gross). But once I had this, my tea addiction started! It just makes me feel good.
Now, its your turn! 😊

My favorite tea: Hibiscus tea
Why I love it: It's a traditional tea in my culture with many fond memories. It tastes amazing and reminds me of sunny mornings. My uncle has a bunch of hibiscus growing in his garden. I used to go out to his garden every morning to grab some hibiscus and make fresh tea : )
I started ordering my tea from a site called valhalla tea and they have some great flavors! But my favorite has got to be one of the newer ones called Goddess of Night. Its an herbal and valarian root blend that is delicious, calming and about the only thing that beats my insomnia some nights. Without meds that is, which I try to avoid if I can
@JujuBears I drink camomile a lot, without sugar, for anxiety. Sometimes micro sips of green tea for health benefits.
@genericbeing I love chamomile, its so soothing :)
@JujuBears
I drink a lot of chamomile, I have boxes, and bags of loose leaf everywhere

Hard to pick a favorite--I love this bright red tea for the holiday/winter season💘And Blueberry Lavender for the warm months that turns the water a pretty purple color. Another good one is Egyptian Licorice tea from Yogi👌My mom makes me a cup when I visit her and I'm so grateful for that time together, just catching up over our steaming mugs🍵
Lapsang Souchong with oat milk in the side! It's earthy and amazing, I only have it at a specific cafe which I go to when I'm in need of a pick me up.
@JujuBears chai, in my culture its made like 3 times a day and honestly drinking chai helps me calm down for some reason ionno how to explain it properly but it really does
The chaga tea from Buddha teas has been my favorite lately. I like that it tastes a bit similar to coffee plus the benefits are amazing! This has been my go to tea for the past few months since seeking to decrease caffeine and increase nervous system regulation.

Ooh this sounds like a perfect try for a relative of mine who can no longer have coffee but misses the taste terribly! I'll definitely be on the lookout for this.
