@NoJudgingNoAdvising Most of the time i talk to someone about it, usually a friend. Sometimes when that also seems impossible or i feel like no one's going to understand, i write poems to express myself, watch some movies and distract myself with studying or other schoolwork.

I tried to stay busy. Taking care of my indoor garden or knitting. Or I walk to the library and look around. Then walk back. I'll text a friend or visit my neighbor. We help each other out. Plus I get pet therapy there. She has 4 cats. I love all animals. Her cats love me.
Its good to get around cats 🐈.. visit library i van relate to the peaceful ambience.
Ive learned running helps me. Low speed, MAF heart rate zone (just means low heart rate, although its a cool metric if you look into it).
I can really get into a runners high, and usually know that I will feel inspired by the end.
Each step like the blow of a blacksmith, forging myself in the fire to become.
Feels really nice, but sometimes hard to decide to do.
