I undertake to be kind, caring, empathetic and considerate in my appraaches with 7 cups members. I willnot judge. I will keep confidences. I will try to act with grace, humour and compassion . Gx

I solemnly swear, before those witnesses who stand before me, that I shall adhere to and uphold the oath I take today. To respect all individuals as they respect me. To be supportive of others as they support me. To abide by the rules and guidelines of this community which were established for the security and well being of all.

I take a member oath to adhere to all the goals, values and guidelines set up by the moderators on 7 cups. @Laura

Today I take my oath as a 7 cups member. I would like to frequently come by to improve myself, to chat with others so i can gain a better perspective of my current situation and also eventually help others too.

I will show kindness and compassion to all those I interact with.

I pledge to be the best listener I can be. I will do this by showing empathy and love to everyone I come into contact with. I will never judge a member or listener, and will do my best to represent 7 Cups in a positive light.

I promise to be kind, understanding and respectful towards both members and listeners, as we are all equal human beings and none of us are all-powerful gods, not good-for-nothing pieces of trash. We are not divided into black and white, but instead we are all in different shades of grey (Ya see what I did there~?). I shall do my best not to judge, nor to let myself be judged by others. I will contribute to this community as a member and I shall become a reason for both members and listeners to grow and develop as individuals. I, blissedNblessed, hereby take this precious oath compassion and kindness, respect and empathy towards all living beings, especially the ones here I meet on 7 Cups. For everyone is struggling in their own way and I may not know what that is. So if they come across angry - I will react with self care but nothing but respect and kindness back - for they are hurting ( but it does not mean I will allow them to hurt me).

I, blissedNblessed will adhere to the guidlines and values of 7 Cups because they mirrior my own <3 And because I want to be a helpful and loving member of this suppport system that is flowing with love and kindness here. I want to be a part of something greater than myself.

I, blissedNblessed, vow, to use this site to grow , strengthen and to heal. Bearing my soul to myself and sometimes to others. I will work through this hidden pain that fuels my decisions now and change core beliefs about myself that are outright Wrong. I will learn to Love myself, forgive myself, show compassion to myself and let go of all that harms me ....sometimes in a quick just, smetimes slowly - but most importantly - I will do it.

I , blissedNblessed will honor these ideals and rules and show love and kindness to all I meet here ( and outside ouf here) - this includes myself.
