Here are some thoughts about the steps challenge we received! I found them encouraging and I hope you as well.
- It is a motivation to walk more :)
- It's pretty exciting
- I don’t even realize I am walking because it’s already a daily routine of mine and I love it!
- Today I went on a walk and watched the sunset with a friend. The sky was stunning and I had an amazing time. After submitting the form, I remembered the amazing day I had today, so that’s why my experience has been awesome!
- Whoever is reading this: Love yourself <3 You are amazing. I appreciate you <3
Let's begin the new week and take our small steps together! <3 Keep taking one step at a time and encourage & support each other.
Thank you all for joining us to participate in this challenge.

@GenderfluidPanBean
SO AM I!!!!
I spent the entire Saturday with my wife and son we had a great day.
I have just known about this challenge yesterday, so I kind of missed the first 3 days of October. But I guess its better late than never.
I met target for advanced level today. :)
I have always wanted to keep a goal of 10,000 steps per day (I read that this is the healthy level of activeness for my age group), however I was never able to persevere for more than 2 weeks. Hope that with the extra motivation from 7 Cups, it will work this time. :D
@ASilentObserver Attending a listener check in and received a scholar badge yesterday :)
The last 3 days I made about 3000 steps per day (:
Today I made 8586 Steps so far 😊 My school started again and I walked the way to the school and home again (:
Love reading the progress with getting steps in!!
I am striving to achieve 10,000 steps daily and have incorporated friendly competition with friends and family as motivation and accountability.
Let’s keep moving!!!
