I have over 16 years experience in the mental health field. I am a very open-minded, motivated, and passionate individual.   I offer a continuum of services to help children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing behavioral, emotional or addictive problems that can lead to shattered lives.  Life comes with many ups and downs however in therapy you learn how to take control which helps in riding the curves instead of crashing. We choose our reactions, and with each of these, we decide what the next step will be. I look forward to working with you on your journey.

 

She is very caring. It is almost like you can feel her hug you through the screen. I have really enjoyed my time with her.

Excellent therapist and listener. What made her stand out for me among other counselors I spoke with in the past outside of this forum is her balanced empathy. (Specifically, Veronica made me feel heard without "egging me on" or inflaming my emotions). Yet she still shared practical and professional solutions, as well as her academic knowledge and experience that framed the issues in a highly intelligent, yet relatable and applicable way. Looking forward to more sessions.

So far Veronica has been great at providing me with tools to manage some of my anxiety as well as responding to my concerns and thoughts.
