Traumatic Experiences Community Daily Checkin Wednesday July 4th 2018
Hey guys!! Okay, I gotta make this short and sweet cuz my power went out so Im posting from my phone, which means I dont exactly have much room to work with.
Today, for all you Americans out there, is the Fourth of July!! Now, what that has meant for me is that it sounds like bombs are going off basically 24/7 for the last couple weeks and, if the same thing happens this year as every year, I wont be able to see from all the smoke in the air later. Super great times. Whew. It is really getting hot in here. Okay. Anyway, I love fireworks, but only when I intend to hear them. All these unexpected and random booms have really been messing with my anxiety. More super great times lol! I hope you can enjoy this day spent with family and loved ones, and take some time to relax. I also very sincerely hope none of you lose power, or if you do that you live somewhere cool cuz omg Im dyin over here! 😓

Stopping by to say hi, having a tough time so just trying to take it hour by hour and keep myself grounded. Too much going on in my head and now looks like I could potentially lose the one constant thing I have which is my work. They are doing a management restructure and I am officially in consultation as my job is at risk. May even mean I could be moved to another location after already uprooting myself from everyone I know a short while ago. More pleasant thoughts to torture myself with 😭😭😭

Oh this sounds difficult. I think ot sounds like you are doing good things - staying grounded, not thinking about it to. And maybe what you are fearful will happen might not even happen❤️❤️❤️❤️ Let us know how you are doing and what does happen! Thinking of you!!!

I wish I could believe I'm always welcome here. I don't want to put words in people's mouths but I don't feel welcome in here anymore and I don't feel like people care anymore here. I'm not gonna say what exactly happened bc I'm not that kind of human and even if someone (from the people I trust) talk to me bad in here I will never keep it on them bc I know it was my fault. I always forgive but I don't forget those things that hurt me.
@sensitiveShade5337 Hey shade you know your welcome here anytime and you havent done anything wrong. But quit the capitals okay, as that comes across harsh on the eyes and looks as though its shouting but you havent done anything wrong okay. If you need to vent thats okay and if you need a shoulder to cry on thats okay too, or if you just want a safe hug or place to be, thats fine too.
