Hello everyone, I'll be glad if you share your thoughts with me, here is the quote:

"As long as you're alive, your not broken, if you had gone through challenges, then you're soul is damaged, and all damaged souls can be fixed"

Now, what do you think? Will you agree? or disagree, and why?

This is a very deep quote!

I personally do not believe we or our souls are ever broken. We might carry a lot of pain with us that needs attention. Some wounds might be very deep and tbh I am not sure if all wounds can be healed in a way that we never feel them again. On the other hand, I am sure that most of our wounds are treatable and can heal and only a very few might stay with us. However, we can find ways to let them be, accept they are there, understand they will hurt from time to time (like grieving for someone) - learning to live with them like wearing a bandage we will not notice anymore, only at very rare times.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I agree, I think time will heal some wounds too. Your theory sounds reasonable.

@BlackBlueWhite I agree broken souls can be fixed, but it's hard to do so. It takes a lot of time and passion to accept the pain and move on :(

@BlackBlueWhite

do to our faith we agree with this fully. you ask why as a DID system  our belief is that God gave us the gift  to break as some would say but it was to save lily from going crazy or even dying. as by us become parts it made it so she could deal with all the abuse and other stuff. so we do believe that what shattered into pieces. kinda like wine bottle of many colors that God will bring them pieces into something even more beautiful  in the end. like a stain glass window. so we do not believe what been broken can not be fixed. as we believe it can be fixed over time. that to us is what a healing journey is all about.

Thank you for this post.

According to me, I  believe that facing challenges and obstacles in life are in fact good. They help us learn many lessons. And it is important to remind ourselves that we are humans and we make mistakes. It is a good thing. It is also important to be grateful for the smallest of things, whatever it maybe. Because that is what boosts our mental health. After all we are born in this world for a reason and we have a purpose.

Reminder: Nobody is perfect in this world.

Absolutely like it, we have a purpose in this world, and being thankful over smallest things will make challenges easier to go through I believe. Your mindset sounds interesting.
