What/who keeps you going?

The reminder if I don't pick up myself (if needed) things will just stay the way they are rn. If I focus on making the best out of a situation it might turn out pretty well at the end. So it hope that keeps me going mixing with a strong stubbornness to give up 😀.

What/who keeps you going?

My boyfriend motivates me to keep reaching my goals I have set for this year for myself. My friends support me by making sure I am fine and if I need them or my boyfriend they are there for me 

My partner's love and support. Beyond that, the promise of mortality to alleviate suffering.

What/who keeps you going?

I like to write things down. What motivates me is the belief that making a small step matters. 

My children are what keep me going and motivated and my desire to succeed. To be an example for my children. I also find it important to find things I enjoy doing like drawing and binge watching my favorite television shows.

What motivates/keeps you going? 

The inner determination and resilience that is at my core, in Finland we call it "sisu". 

"Sisu means strength, perseverance in a task that for some may seem crazy to undertake, almost hopeless." 

Also hope and my faith that there is a purpose to everything.  ✨️🌺
