"You have a reason to feel upset and it's okay to feel sad about it, let's sit down and have a nice cup of tea and chill out".
"Things happen but you will get through this, I will be here for you"

Whenever the term self care is said by me, what I mean is to prioritize yourself first over everyone else, take care of yourself in every way you can.
Prioritize yourself first, for example, means if someone asks you for help with something but you’re too sick, too exhausted or whatever to help, tell them that honestly instead of helping them when you’re not 100%.
Taking care of yourself in every way you can, for example, means:
Physical health
Emotional health
Dental health
Mental health
Social health
Financial health
and every other form of health that exists
Live how you want to live your life but in a healthy way and be happy. Appreciate what you have. Especially if it benefits you more. Sometimes certain things might bring you more or longer lasting benefits than some other things you have. That’s what I meant when I said if it benefits you more.

This is too private or too personal for me to share. It’s between me and myself. Hope that’s understood by all of you and ok with you all. If not, I’m truly very sorry about that.
@soulsings Self care to me is knowing what I need and taking the steps to get it. It's allowing ourself to be instead of barking orders of how things should be. It's the patience while we figure out the next step and the acknowledgement that right now maybe we need a break.
To me self care is taking a moment to assess what needs you currently feel aren’t being met for you by others, and doing what you can to provide yourself with that. I try to take a general need (such as, “I’m craving physical comfort”) and find small things I can do for myself to meet it. (In that scenario I’d light a candle, put on a pair of soft pajamas, turn on low lighting and play a comfort movie or game). It looks different for me every day because every day some of my needs are met but not all of them. So it’s important to assess what I’m actually craving first.
@soulsings self care to me means...putting all of my attention and focus on things that I really enjoy and taking walks by myself

- Selfcare= taking care of my own needs anything that helps to pamper me.
- self-talk is when my brain is talking to me in a positive such as "It's okay to be yourself, "You are not broken or damaged goods, you are human,
Caring less about everything.
First thing that comes to mind is s lot of work with doing things to manage chronic illnesses. There's the more fu self-care aspects too
