@ReservoirofLove with one extra hour I would try to find ways to benefit others because there is a lot more meaning in that for me. Helping others gets me out of the problems of me me me.

I would use it to go for a long walk every day or do longer meditations/listen to teachings.

One extra hour …. Sleep!! Definitely! Self care at its best 🛌🛌🛌🛌💤💤💤😴😴

I'd probably spend it with friends at the skatepark or singing and playing instruments or making art...like with oil pastels.

@ReservoirofLove 🤔🤔🤔 if I had a extra hour each day, I'd probably use it to  find a pile of frogs and train them  to sing and dance😁😁😁

I want to use it to sleep haha That extra hour is valuable for rest time 💤 But tbh, I'll most likely be finishing my books 😂💜
