You're doing okay, you do the best you can under the conditions. There is no need to push yourself more. Things will get easier with time, and I am sure you will be doing great!

I would tell my younger self that I can do anything I want as long I achieve the goal of succeeding it. To take each day one step at a time I learn from any mistakes along the way

You will be able to see things you never knew exsisted you will meet people, people who treat each other nicely, yes there are more people outside this prison. The next chapter of our lives will blow your mind. So keep being strong ❤

A letter to my younger self

"I am proud of you for being bold with certain decisions in your life despite being in a cage! The cage that people around you had imbibed in! For not letting your innocent and kind character be tarnished by any external influence. I am proud of you for not giving up at any cost when you have a thousand reasons to do it! I am proud of you for standing up for people when on one hand you were crying and the other side you were smiling and uplifting them.

The life you are going to make for yourself and the problems that you consider so big and giant will seem a source of laughter and humour for you in the coming times!

Believe that no matter how hard it is, no matter how hard it gets you are going to make it!

Trust yourself and know that you can manage everything in life! Nothing is impossible the word itself says I'm possible! ❣️ I love youu (said to myself)"

Letter to my younger self,

I am proud of you, I know you didn’t hear that when you needed it, but I am so proud of the things you did even though you were always struggling, don’t let the pressure get to you, you will be ok, don’t over stress yourself …

And don’t believe whatever they say, you are perfect the way god created you, just be confident.

I still need to hear these words even now though …

@AshleyNFlewellenLPC what a great and refreshing idea 😊 i would tell my younger self to not sweat the little things, to just be you and that's enough. I would tell them to look in the mirror daily and to celebrate how they look, to be comfortable in their own skin, to stay true to who you are and what you like, to have fun, to live in the moment, and to embrace every opportunity that comes your way. Always stay true to your core values and never follow the crowd and if someone doesnt like you, don't worry, wait for the right person, it's more exciting and worth the wait 😊
