Day 15: Share a small act of kindness you witnessed or experienced
Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. This post is part of the 25 Days of Gratitude, Self-Care, and Personal Growth event at 7 Cups.
A small act of kindness goes a long way.
The power of kindness is underrated in a world filled with daily challenges, struggles, and chaos. Kindness is a beautiful thing to give and experience. Experiencing kindness makes you believe in goodness. When you act kind to someone, they feel good and are inclined to pay it forward to someone else. A small act of kindness creates ripple effects, and it is a never-ending loop.
So this holiday season, let’s come together and practice kindness in any small ways. Also let's spread some positivity! ✨ Share a small act of kindness you witnessed or experienced recently. It could be anything from a simple smile to a heartfelt gesture. Let's inspire each other to make the world a kinder place. ❤️
I had helped a friend of mine to study a subject . She was absent in class.
Someone at 7 Cups really uplifted my mood with their words. @GentleHealingInitiative
@ASilentObserver I think I need to mention my therapist for this one. Ive been going through a lot of emotional turmoil lately and my therapist is so amazing! Due to the fact that the crisis lines are so slammed over here right now, my therapist goes out of his way to be my crisis line. and I understand he cant be on call 24/7 but I have had to call him sooo many times and hes always made time for me. even if I have to wait a bit for him to be available he still lets me know right away. This act of kindness a pretty huge for me personally because hes only obligated to see me on my scheduled therapy sessions. But he goes above and beyond the call of duty <3 and has literally saved my life more times than I can even count!
@AlexTheEnby it is so good that you have such a wonderful and supportive therapist. I agree that how much of a difference a caring professional can make during challenging times through their support. I am glad that you appreciate their compassion and support. Thank you for sharing such a kind experience with us here.
@ASilentObserver
I was sick last week, still recovering and someone here offered me help and even to chat. It felt really good knowing there is someone who would help out.
@amiablePeace77 I am sorry to hear you were sick and hope you feeling better now. And that is wonderful to hear. It is always comforting to know you have support, especially when you are not well.
@ASilentObserver
Thanks Obs, getting better every day now.

I have taken care of my sick father till he died, after many years of enduring his alcohol problem. It was a hard but wonderful experience to finally reconnect from a place of love and compassion.
thank you
@IsaGuzNa90 I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. Sending virtual hugs, if okay.
