What kinds of creative things do you do - post a picture here in this thread. If have trouble loading pic, save to your device & load file from device
this is a watercolor I did when I was thinking this world needs a little peace. what looks like the moon or the sun is actually the flash reflecting off the glass in the frame. But I think it is a nice effect. soulsings
Tutorial to post pictures (works on browser login not on app login)
- Save picture file with Alpha letters only - no symbols like % $ # etc
- Save picture as JPG file. If pic is other format you can open it in a photo editing program and save it as JPG or jpeg that ends in .jpg
- The picture adding tool is in the tool bar above the post you are doing in a rectangle with trees in it. It is located to the left of the link icon just right of middle of the page. Click on that.
- You get two options upload from your device by clicking on Choose Files or give web address. I find the most reliable way is to upload from my device clicking on Choose Files
- Many websites that host pictures do not work maybe because they do not store them as JPG files.
- It is always interesting to know a little bit about the pic so type in some text.
- Remember to click on Update Post when finished.
Someone asked me to see if the app worked with posting a pic. My first attempt did not work with the app did not post pic nor did the 2nd attempt. I logged out of the 7 cups app and I logged in to 7cups on phone in a browser on phone (or computer) and it works fine. Sorry for you app only users.
If anyone else can post a pic with the app, please let me know what your method is by message at is. www.7cups.com/@soulsings
Only thing I have to post right now is digital...a quote by al-Mutamid, a ruler of one of the "taifa" (tin-pot kingdoms) of Andalusian Spain:

If you need any help with posting a photo please scroll up to see soulsings turtorial or pm me. If it is for other reasons you could also describe the picture. I too find mandala is very relaxing.

Thankyou :)
@soulsings
Have been experimenting a bit, maybe not my best, but was good fun. Somehow upsidedown, apologies!
I don't know if anyone's heard of brusho? I find it really calming. Its like watercolour powder that you sprinkle and then spray with water. Its not very... Controlled 😃 but very free!
@SparklingSeashells
Your work is beautiful! I've never heard of that brusho before. It sounds fun, messy, and maybe a bit complicated.
@SparklingSeashells
I love your blue brusho painting, beautiful colours! Not familiar with this technique but I did something slightly similar with pourings acrylic paints.
@amiablePeace77
This is the flowers I found next to the lake. They are pretty for me. 🙂
@kala
Cool. I wonder what kind of flowers those are?
@GoldenNest2727
I am not sure but they were next to a lake. Many different once. They are selling them in the stores for very expensive. 😬
I am a wanna be architect
@Positron2
That's cool, Positron. You've got a ton of talent and interesting ideas. I bet you can do it.
@Positron2 those are really nice. Are those art work or actual models you build?
@soulsings
I used to be an engineer and I use Computer Aided Design to create 3D models.
I have done things like architecture, graphic design printing, appliance design, etc in my career.
Once the model is done I have to add colors, textures (like applying a pic as wallpaper), lighting and camera.
Rendering each pic takes my powerful PC about 3 minutes to complete.
@Positron2 You would do well in Dubai!...
@soulsings I enjoy crocheting and knitting, it's something that stimulates my brain and distracts me from negative thoughts
looks good.
