We all know that Vitamin C is a very important Vitamin for our bodies. The most basic benefits of Vitamin C that everyone should know about is that it acts as a defence mechanism for our bodies, fighting away colds, how it helps to improve and regenerate tissues, protects against heart disease, and decreases bad cholesterol. A deficiency in Vitamin C may cause fatigue, muscle weakness, joint and muscle aches, bleeding gums, and even leg rashes.

Common fruits/vegetables with most Vitamin C per cup:

  1. Guava
  2. Bell Pepper
  3. Kiwi
  4. Strawberry
  5. Orange
  6. Papaya
  7. Broccoli
  8. Tomato
  9. Kale

Oh yes, I think most people associate Vitamin C with citrus fruits like oranges. I usually just take Vitamin C Supplements, rather than eat the fruits itself. Especially when I need a sudden boost.
