Vitamin C Day - April 4th, 2023

We all know that Vitamin C is a very important Vitamin for our bodies. The most basic benefits of Vitamin C that everyone should know about is that it acts as a defence mechanism for our bodies, fighting away colds, how it helps to improve and regenerate tissues, protects against heart disease, and decreases bad cholesterol. A deficiency in Vitamin C may cause fatigue, muscle weakness, joint and muscle aches, bleeding gums, and even leg rashes.

I am well. Starting a new project and doing some research, taking notes, so I can start writing again. Taking breaks in between, making appointments, keeping myself busy, productive, and trying to work effectively during my days without work.
