Apparently I can't send chat messages anymore. The Send button (with the paper airplane) just doesn't do anything.
Did I do something wrong? What's happening?

I am using android 7.1.1 and since the last update- an age ago- I have not received push notifications at all. Additionally I've noticed that since I uninstalled the app the phone has stopped misbehaving at boot-up. Back to the browser version.
I have sent in reports about this to the email address given, but have never had a reply, hence this post. I can tell you that a lot of the members I work with, without prompting, have said that they don't get push notifications either.
The button on the app is gone to switch from listener to member account. On the computer version, the button is gone to switch from the member account to the listener account. Please help.
@ShyDragon On the website you can normally Log in directly to your other account. On the app, I cannot log in to either of my accounts, so I cannot tell you anything about it.
If the problem persists on the website, Submit a request in the Help Center to report it.
If the problem persists on the app, it's possible you will have to wait for the next version of the app to be released, which will be "real soon now", as they say.
