3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!
Hi to you all. Im new here. 3 things i did today was got up very early for change and had a nice relaxing breakfast, secon i was reading a book in the garden (and finished it) and last i went for a long walk after 9 days and it lasted 3 hours :)

Got showered and dressed
I did some work
Walked the dog
Visited a friend
had tea
did some homework out no thanks #coronalockdown
drank water #stayhidrate
had a nap... i needed it:-)
completely puzzled and lost daze. anyways just to share what i've done.
did stuffs that goes against my disordered mentality
1. went to career centre without appointment - intentionally, then later to find out that they are unable to assist me due to overwhelming scheduled appointments. also to found that career fairs are cancelled and changed to virtual based.
2. went against will to make bread, and decided on simpler lunch. despite not feeling satisfied.
3. made random stuffs that had been drilling in my head. i.e. oat milk, banana/spinach puree, etc.
4. pondering about the listener account. thinking of letting go/giving up the member account. for easier consolidation.
5. baked without confusing self or self-mandating to fully populate the oven.

Actually... got many ton's of recepies. For me i'm just a plain old person so just oats + water + blend and strain.
Only problem with homemade is the slimy-ness feeling, and the "quick" expiry.
Exercise a little, work a lot.
Feel a bit under the weather ,

Feel awull, panic attacs just dont leave me, they are my new friends..
Friends I dont really like, but cant get rid of them.. cos they are the only friends I have ..
Not in a good terms with partner , isolating from him too cos he had flu like symptoms🤒 not sure what it is and now I am worroed that I will get it.. how long we suppose to stay apart..!? I am actually feeking out everytime hes near by!
I bleach everything and disinfect !!!
Going mad , what am I saying I already gone mad !!
Feel like a prisoner in my own flat , filled with viruses...

1. completed my job orientation which means im finally on the road to being financially independent from my parents.
2. went on a bike ride
3. ate
1. Woke up before 9AM
2. Finished a Book
3. Had Video Therapist appointment

Took a cab off a truck frame using 2 cranes
Studied for my AP classes via Youtube Live
Went out for the 2nd time in 2 weeks to get food for my family from my high school from the new government grant set out
