3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!
Took rs training tested third time
flaged 5 underaged listemters
1. I thoroughly cleaned & reorganised my boiler/laundry/general "I'll just put this in here for now" room. I put all the "I've just put this in here for now" stuff into my bedroom, pending finding a new home for it all. I can see it moving all being moved from room to room lol! Our downstairs cloakroom is now part of the boiler/laundry room.
2. I scrubbed out my wheelie bin (a huge trash container on wheels) with bleach & washed down my front door.
3. I made plans to turn the cloakrrom downstairs into a "Mud Room"/Girl Den for my stressed out daughter. Paint & equipment on standby down there.
I'm going to keep on posting on this, it helps me.
Yesterday, I took a walk with my husband to a new neighborhood. It was like a mini adventure.
Then I went to a Zoom party to watch a movie.
Earlier, I followed up on some calls and faxes I needed to make at work.
However, I was thrown off a little with our work schedule as he had to take a call after work, and it made our walk happen later, and I felt so antsy.
Still been trying to get rid of this gross "blah" feeling during lockdown.
Little things like singing out loud while making dinner helps!

Well, today I finally got around to studying a bit!
I also came back on here to listen to some talks. :)
And am about to do some computer software installing.
Better than usual, though not all that much. :D

I know its early in the morning, but I already did 3 big things to motivate me and up my mood.
Today, I contacted a old friend to check in.
I dressed myself up nice and got ready, just for a confidence booster
I listened to music as soon as I woke up to start off on the right foot

I will try to post daily on here, to keep up with my progress. :)
today I studied a bit, which is always hard to put my mind to!
I also reached out to friends when it was needed.
unfortunately I wasn't very communicative with family due to mood swings, but I will try later.

Well my day just started so the possibilities are endless but yesterday I
1. did yoga upon waking up
2. stayed focused enough to do homework for a few hours
3. went to a family dinner and simply breathed through the anxiety that came up rather than letting it control me
it was a pretty productive one 😃
