Please make the chats easier to chat in.
I’m really tired of not getting notifications when someone messages me. I’m tired of the chats being difficult to chat in. This makes listeners take advantage of the members vulnerable situation and have members go to an outside platform. A lot of the listeners lately have been trying to take advantage of members in distress and then have them message you on another app then send inappropriate pictures or have “phone sex” or be in a relationship virtually because the listeners are lonely. A lot of them will listen to the members for a while just to gain their trust when in reality they have a hidden agenda.
I urge 7cups to please have a meeting with listeners so that they refrain from these kinds of actions. 7cups need to fix the glitches of their chat function as well. Thank you.

@easySouth1385 hi there. i totally understand why that would make you upset. i agree that there are many listeners on here that do not give out the quality support we'd like them or expect them to. please know that if a listener is inappropriate towards you and you report them, that action will be taken. I am part of the quality listener team and we are really trying to make 7cups a website with listeners of quality - however, within the quality team we still lack so many volunteers, so it is a long process.
I agree that theres still a lot of room for improvement. Thank you for raising your concern.

i would just like to mention that I wish it would be easier to find the threads in which I have previously participated in. I find it very frustrating that there is no option to review previous threads or review my own history even. I have open chats in different places or with different groups and I would have to write down every where I am a participant in order to go back and continue chats. Unless someone messages me, there’s no other way for me to review my own history or places / groups / discussions I am a part of.
@greenmagnolias2404 Hi, If you go to your Profile Pic and right click on it you should get the option to see 'My Forum Threads', click on that?
But I do understand your frustration, you should also be able to see your chats in your chat list?

This is so true. I've met a few good listeners here but most of them have been taking advantage of their roles here and treating this mental health platform as some sort of dating app. So unprofessional!
