how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)

I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

In my case, i am tring to get rid of the habit of it. I self harm whenever i feel like i am losing control of my stress, unable to find a balance in between. i had self harm a few times this year, and the msot recent one is 2 weeks ago. I know my trigger of doing it, but it is not possible for me to get rid of my trigger.. not unless i want to get kick out of my house or get disowned.

my personal best was a week. I started self-harming again last week. haven't been able to stop myself, I'm not predictive without it.

about a week and a half or 2 weeks! I still think about it everyday! I keep something in my bag just in case I have a strong urge because if I don't have that then I don't know how I would cope, I might take something I shouldn't or break down and not have my self harm to fall back on and decide to end it by taking too much meds so I'd rather have my rasor there for those times because then I don't have the risk of ending up in hospital and not dying and having to live with my parents knowing I tried to overdose so I keep a rasor in my bag and it sounds sad but it's my way of coping with being alive and it sucks

@itsmesara I nearly did it again on my lunch break but I fought the urge but now I'm back at work and really can't handle it

I have not self harmed in 49 days. Its frustrating though because I know I should not cut, but not a single day has gone by that I haven't craved the blade on my skin.
