Trying to recover from sh
Day 2 without sh....my wounds itch like crazy....a friend convinced me to try to recover from sh....
17 days with no sh....today I kinda feel better

My grandparents are divorcing...my depression its on the biggest peak....my mom isolated me from my besties amd it looks like my bf its cheating on me

Ive dealt with the depression since im like...6 years old, and now im 15 so...i almost ended up in a mental hospital once so im used....its a bit hard x me to accept the empathy from other people as my own family doesnt give a **** abt my mental health so im sorry if i ever have some rude behaviors (which im trying to replace with some better ways) im just not used that people care abt my feelings...

awwe no jeanine i don’t think you have anything to be sorry for. 💜 it’s ok. i get that though… 😞 i think i understand what you mean - how it’s hard to accept the fact that others can empathise with you and care about you… 💜 you *are* cared about, but i get how it can feel strange, or it just doesn’t feel like what you’re used to. 😞 if someone has been hurt enough, they start to believe they deserve nothing but the hurt. so yeah… it’s hard. 💜 i hear you.
