Strengths and weaknesses
Hello everyone! As we work on building our self-esteem, let's remember to focus on both our strengths and areas we’d like to improve in.
For today's exercise, take a few minutes to write down five things you appreciate about yourself.
Remember, acknowledging your positives doesn't mean ignoring areas where you'd like to improve - it means recognising your whole self and working towards becoming the best version of yourself.

I felt good. It made me realize my capabilities and how much I can do for myself.

It gave me an idea of how I can work on this area of my life. It gave me clarity of how I can turn my weakness into a strength.
I feel okay with my weakness. Though it is a weakness, I can say that I can accept that weakness. There are many positives that I can look at from my personality.
