@Helgafy :)

I did find the verses you were mentioning (back there on page one, I think).  It is in Psalms.  I found Psalm 37.

Psalm 37:4 says, "Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart."

Psalm 37:7  "Be still before the LORD, and wait patiently for him."

This psalm has many good words for me (for what I've been walking through, and thinking about) this week!  Thank you for your encouragement to look it up :)  <3 Platy

Hi.
I pray this Bibleverse over you, that you shall be able to mount higher than all your obstacles: Isaiah 40:31 "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

Hi everybody.

A celebration to God: The Lamentations 5.19. "You, LORD, reign forever; your throne endures from generation to generation."
calmMango9611 OP May 13th

Most Heavenly Father, be with us as we sleep. Keep us safe from all harm. In Jesus Name, we pray. Amen and Amen.

Are you unsure?  Wondering what to do?  Questioning when is the right timing?  Perhaps begin here - from 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NIV)

1 Thessalonians is a short! book in the New Testament.  It was written by Paul in letter form; thus, it is called an Epistle.  Check out these verses:

1 Thess. 5:16-18

16Rejoice always, 17pray continually,

18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

(a small reminder from your dearest Platy of the USA) green for growing!

I know that you don't put a label on yourself for belonging to a specific religion. But in what religion (it's a historical fact) did the leader die and rise from the grave? Well - in any case - the words of Jesus Christ are written in the New Testament in the Bible. There are Bibles where His words are printed in red in case you just want to read His words. Here is a quote from a speech he held:

Matthew 5 Sermon on the Mount

Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, and he began to teach them.

The Beatitudes

He said:

“Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn,
    for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
    for they will be filled.
Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart,
    for they will see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.

10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,

for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

@Helgafy thanks for this helgafy ❤❤ I love my life, it's long before my time is over here. But heaven is home that's where I'm meant to live out eternity, in peace and happiness, with my son ❤ do you think in heaven, I won't be scarred or disabled anymore??

@Tinywhisper11 I am glad you love your life. What are you afraid of, my friend? Just wondering.

Hi again.

(Maybe I'll look at your questions later today).

The first part of the message didn't come out well, so here I send it again.

Hi.
Some instruction here: When Jesus Christ teach about "the kingdom of heaven" He is not talking of where we go when we d ie. He sais in Luke 17.20:  "The kingdom of God is within/ among you.” This is what Jesus Christ did, taught about the kingdom of God. He also did many signs and wonders as the Christian Church is also doing today:
Matthew 11:4-6 "Jesus replied, “Go back and report to John what you hear and see: The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised". (You'll find all about this in the New Testament Tiny if you just read.) As you understand since Christ is our healer there will be no disabled in heaven when we go there. You can also ask Jesus Christ to fill you with His peace so that you will not be scared. This is what he sais:

Another word about the kingdom, Romans 14.17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Good morning to you over there in the UK.

I greet you (and me) with this verse from the Bible. (You can also read verse 2 if you want to).

Psalms 91:1

KJV
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

And here is another verse that God says about us. You can hide the verse until a day when you (and I) are feeling low in spirit. I hope though that you (and I - lol) are feeling high in spirit these days and forever and ever and ever:

Isaiah 42.3

"a bruised reed he will not break, and a faintly burning wick he will not quench"

Hi Tiny.
This verse I read often. I like very much the word "daily".
Psalm 68.19: Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.
