Dear God, thank you for creating such an amazing universe and for loving me. Help me to know your love and show you love in return. Amen.

Hi Cat.
I'm so very down in depression and little energy - have not the energy to put on my clothes so I wear my night-costume. Can you please pray for me that Jesus Christ will make me much better.
Dear God of all creation love mercy and Grace, I lift up dear Helga to you now in her time of sinking into this low spot. I ask your spirit to stir within her, to lift her, to hold her, to encourage her to know that you are present through all things and all times knowing that your love for her never fails.
Fill her with energy and motivation to begin doing even that first little thing that can start some momentum to get her started. We know Jesus lived through the most difficult things in this life and therefore understands the things that we face in our lives. Help Helga to remain steadfast in him knowing that his love endures forever. Also, As We join together in this prayer let it be a reminder that Helga is not alone not only never apart from you, but from this Community of Christ where we are called to love and support one another. In whatever way that I can be that instrument to help her I ask that your grace would flow through me and in this time of prayer to benefit Helga and this great relationship we share in the body of christ. We pray all of this in the name of the one who came to save us, who saves us every day from ourselves, and has prepared an eternal home for us with you in heaven. That gift of eternal life begins now so may we live fully into it. In the name of Jesus Christ Our Savior amen

Thank you, thank you, thank you Cat for this most wonderful prayer - you could be a preacher! (maybe you are). You really put a big smile on my face. Even if I am in my pyjamas still I have eaten cake with lots of fresh blueberry and had coffee also. I have also (beside the news) seen a dumb - lol - American show - The true houswives of Beverly Hills. I have given water to 2 of my plants - enough work for today.

Hi Cat.
So we have our own personal pastor here! - what a luxury.
I'll rest today. I feel stronger. 3 days the Lord was in the death where he met the Devil. (3 days I was severe depressed). There Jesus Christ took the keys from the Devil (and gave us also authority - (about which I must try to find out more about.) And then he rose from the dead. And now he has all authority in heaven and earth. I hope you understand that I don't say that I'm Christ in any way. But to me it seems like as he was suffering we have to suffer also (which I really hate - I seldom use the word "hate" - but suffering brings so much troubble to me). Well - as Christ raised from the dead we will also raise after our suffering.
Good words helga. Just remember that when Jesus walked through all of the suffering on Earth and everything he went through on the cross and through the grave that he was fully God, but set aside all of his privilege so that he could be fully like us and absolutely empty himself for us. Therefore, we can trust in him to know what we need in our trials, he will supply all that is needed and Beyond.

Thank you friends for praying for me. I think I'm better from my depression (for this time) now. I could also put on my dress today in dark green and my Chineese shoes in dark green, ordered all the Way from China.

It's the least I can do Helga. Keep taking small steps they add up. When I showed up on seven cups I was in complete disarray and whether you recognize it or not you were a strong positive spiritual presence for me. I thank God for that contact. I tomorrow I will be preaching the 23rd Psalm. If you haven't read it lately probably a good time to do it

I also love to be the rightous before God in Christ. The dark places I don't like,
but there is a fight in this world between good and evil and we have Christ on
our side. I like to dwell in the house of the Lord.
Psalm 23: The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.2 He maketh me to lie down in
green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.3 He restoreth my soul:
he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.4 Yea, though I
