No--not optimistic or confident in myself. The end!
@BlueBirdPIllow
I hear you. Sending you lots of strength, love and courage.
For me being confident is being okay with what you do and knowing yourself. Even if others try to talk you out of it or spread a lot of negativity, but you still decide to do what it is you want, and just be okay with it. Also, trying to get to know yourself better, about what you like, dislike, can tolerate or your weakness etc. It all helps in understanding what you want.
Being okay with what we do, knowing ourselves well to understand what we want! Makes total sense.

Agreed!

What does it mean to have confidence?
Such a great question!:) I think is to know who we are, strengthen and weaknesses and feeling comfortable with them. Embracing own uniqueness.
Know who we are, being comfortable and embracing our uniqueness. Nice thoughts!
@CheeryMango
I believe that being confident is to be able to do everything on your own without thinking twice before taking any decision; without having to explain yourself to anyone, being comfortable within one's own skin, not hesitating to say NO whenever required, refusing to be a people pleaser because your confidence is just enough for you to keep people pleased by you!
@lyricalAngel70
Doing everything on our own, without having to explain yourself to anyone, being comfortable, not hesitating to say no and not being people pleaser. Nice answer!
@Starmedia
Thank you so much, Star. I appreciate your response. 💜

What does it mean to have confidence?
To believe that no matter what the problem is, you can find a way out.
To believe we can find a way out no matter what, I totally agree!
@Starmedia
Yup!!
Being comfortable with ourselves and knowing we can do something. Nice answer!
To me, confidence is having trust in yourself. Having faith in your abilities and in own values and ideas, even in the face of uncertainty or opposition.
Trust and faith during uncertainity or opposition, well said!
