Let Your Feelings Live and Let Your Feelings Leave
There’s something wrong with you if there’s nothing wrong with you. I’'s ok not to be ok.
When something feels wrong it doesn’t always mean that there’s something for you to fix.
Most of the time, it means you just have to let it be. Let the feelings be. Let them be.
Only that way, they can and will be released.
We live in a society where being vulnerable is considered weak. Some people will think less of you if you freely express your limitations and shortcomings. We live ina society where appearing perfect and being fine all the time is considered as strong. But that’s not true.
To be honest to yourself and feel your feelings isn’t weak. It takes bravery and high emotional intelligence to admit and feel discomfort, sadness, fear, and insecurity.
Denying uncomfortable emotions, suppressing them, is what most of us do. And we do it because it takes big strength to stop numbing ourselves out and start feeling feelings.
It’s ok not to be ok. And only when we allow feelings to live, we will then allow them to leave.
