...See more I've two terminally ill parents who live separately. I do my best and am there them. They are extremely dependent. I don't have much freedom away from their demands. It's draining. I've neglected myself and my recovery because of this (and other stuff!) And it has to change asap. My battle is much bigger then I ever thought it would be and it's getting harder. I am desperate to overcome this because every part of my life is depending on me to get well. This right now is the toughest thing I've ever been through. I was told I need to be selfish if I want to be better. It sounds harsh, but I have to remember that fighting for your health and your life is not selfish at all. It's being kind, but to yourself. Not exactly sure why I'm writing this but I just can't wait to be well and have my life back ✌️

They become the problem, get stuck. i try be helpful but often am the opposite cuz some pple aren't ready to have their mind opened and become accountable to harsh truths about themselves.

Really want to enlighten people but people (t1) are possibly afriad, in denial, excusers, deflectors, blamers, complainers or all above and more or they can be (t2) brave, accountable, open, honest, open minded, and want to learn the systems, their world, their soul and be a better n stronger version of themselves. The rate of realisation and readiness varies. Usually enlightened people have come to be due to challenges confronted and are humbled by. Others are challenged by internal conflicts. N there are a few who simply don't have the ability, cognitively n behaviourally, to see it and the will fight u all the way, remaining stuck n never really coming to know..oh and they'll be sure to explain why the can't see, providing many details in 'their' defense. Please tell me otherwise. Or don't be afraid to enquire. What one are u?!! Or are u even aware? Turn off your auto pilot and be your own captain. Maps are known but destinations are decided. Knowing and wanting is not enough. Action and effort to never give up. Dream and believe. Live and love. ✌️💞🗝️
