I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience.

I like to read, I like to write, I like philosophy; I like to think, I like to dream; I like to talk, I like to listen. I like to see the sunrise in the morning, I like to see the moonlight at night; I like to feel the music flowing on my face, I like to smell the wind coming from the ocean. I like to look at the clouds in the sky with an inspiring mind, I like to do thought experiment about life when I can't sleep in the middle of the night.

...See more 🎭Star: “You’re wounded because of something you haven’t understood yet. It’s your lack of understanding and mastery that hurts you. Not them. When you know better. Not only will you understand, you will truly have “inner strength” and that will give you healing and a new light of seeing yourself, your heart, and the world” Me: “But, I’m too tired and devastated now to understand. I am out of gas and can’t be forced to run any further” 🎭Star: “It’s okay. Understanding and knowing’s timeless. It doesn’t ask nor demand you to meet them now. They will arrive once you are ready. We love you, Nisa (Fill in your name)” Me: “I feel like I am that person who can’t accept me for expressing myself. And I remember hoping for her to have the ability to contain me to hold space for my weakness or for me to wrong even just for a while. I needed her to be there. Now I understand her state of incapability and tiredness. Maybe this is a way for me to be more compassionate towards her? But, I feel inadequate and not greater than who I thought I could be” 🎭Star: “It’s okay. All is well. Love waits. Love is always there waiting for you and reminds you through various ways of its truth that it is unconditional. It is limitless. It is infinite. Open your heart to receive love, my love, Nisa (Fill in your name). You’re perfectly imperfect, but I know you deserve it and I believe you’re perfect in the way you have.” Me: “...” By Annisa Azzahra

...See more “The unending paradox is that we do learn through pain.” Madeleine L’Engle To be real, I’m grateful for my pain. Any kind of pain. The pain of loss, the pain of being misunderstood, the pain of failure, the pain of lover breaking your heart, the pain of a forgotten friend - any pain, really. I’m grateful because there is just something raw and pure in the eyes of the one who has battled many storms and climbed the hardest mountains with tears and sweat. The body may be young but the eyes have seen a lifetime of lessons inked with a strength that is truly one of a kind. These people will do anything in their power to radiate the sunshine they’ve built from rotten pain over the years, and they will go out of their way to spread love around the world because they know what it’s like to be shattered - be it in halves or a million. These people are strong yet sensitive, firm yet soft. These people have so many stories to share, you can laugh with them under the stars or sit with them in an empty parking lot and they will change your world with their words and emotions. Sometimes, life is painful and messed up. It gets complicated at the worst of times, and sometimes you have no idea where to go or what to do. Lots of times people just let themselves get lost, dropping into a wide open, huge abyss. But that’s why we have to keep trying. We have to push through all that hurts us, work past all our memories that are haunting us. Sometimes the things that hurt us are the things that make us strongest. A life without experience, in my opinion, is no life at all. And that’s why I tell everyone that, even when it hurts, never stop yourself from living. Remember behind every beautiful thing, there’s some kind of pain. The meaning of life, Annisa Azzahra

...See more If you’re struggling right now and feel like the world is much bigger and stronger than you’ll ever be; if you feel like the days are long with darkened skies that will never shine— I want you to know one thing. Growth is not found in comfort. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth is found in the murkiest of waters. Swimming through these murky oceans of pain will NOT be easy. You will drown, you will ache, and you may even lose parts of yourself. But you need to remember that no matter how much you’re struggling, losing and bleeding, you’re a strong one. You’re a resilient one. You’re a brave one. You will make it through like you always do. And you will grow. You will look back and you will be so grateful for all this pain because it will have given you the bittersweet gift of incredible growth. We always have the extra strength to rise. So hang in there. 🙏 🖋Annisa Azzahra

Let Your Feelings Live and Let Your Feelings Leave

...See more There’s something wrong with you if there’s nothing wrong with you. I’'s ok not to be ok. When something feels wrong it doesn’t always mean that there’s something for you to fix. Most of the time, it means you just have to let it be. Let the feelings be. Let them be. Only that way, they can and will be released. We live in a society where being vulnerable is considered weak. Some people will think less of you if you freely express your limitations and shortcomings. We live ina society where appearing perfect and being fine all the time is considered as strong. But that’s not true. To be honest to yourself and feel your feelings isn’t weak. It takes bravery and high emotional intelligence to admit and feel discomfort, sadness, fear, and insecurity. Denying uncomfortable emotions, suppressing them, is what most of us do. And we do it because it takes big strength to stop numbing ourselves out and start feeling feelings. It’s ok not to be ok. And only when we allow feelings to live, we will then allow them to leave. Annisa Azzahra💜
