This is a great idea! I'll be sure to try and set some more goals with members that I speak too and report back soon! I'm assuming sharing this link with members can help people find this forum?

Hey, I just followed up with my member and we started working on her goal. I am very proud of her for taking the step today. :)
Connected to a listener got me on track and helping me to work out on a regular schedule

I had a conversation with my listener last night, and she really helped ease my nerves about going out today - I managed to do a few hours of voluntary work and attend the volunteers Christmas party. My goal is to get out three times per week and I've managed twice so far so I'm on track to achieve the goal for this week (I intend to go out again on Friday).

I achieved my goal this week - I got out of the house three times. It'll be harder next week as I have less things planned but I'm going to try my best.
