Being Thankful and Going Crazy at the same time. I cannot grasp the disciplines.

I'm starting this thread in the first week of 2025. Three years of struggle has put me in a spot of advantage. But now that I'm in that spot of advantage, I can't seem to take advantage of the time to make it more beneficial.
I think it's because I don't have a strong support group (other than here on 7-cups). And also, being 65 is slowing me down a bit when I still need to be going full steam.
The biggest deterrent to me is my brain going 9000 miles an hour about all the things that I wanna do and wanna get done. I simply exhaust myself. I have done so many things in the past three years to stay on track and push past obstacles and hardships that it's getting monotonous to keep trying and I wish I had the money that I could just stop and relax. But I can't, not even close! I may deserve a break but I am not entitled to a break. Bummer, right?
I have no choice but go strategically crazy for 2025.
If I do it right, I may set myself up with some residual income.
Day 5 of Week 3 of 2025

TRY TO STAY FOCUSED ON WHATS IMPORTANT FOR THE REST OF THE DAY
Week 3 ended well. Day 1 of week 4 was filled with shopping essentials and errands.

Day 4 of Week 4 of 2025
Yesterday was rough but I did a good thing, I helped my neighbor and I helped a friend. It was a good thing for me because it was on my list to help my neighbor but more realistically, I was kind of in a bad place yesterday and doing nothing anyway so it forced me to get out and be active, which turned out to be rewarding. It turned a budding bad day into a good day.
For Today:
1) Get backhoe running.
2) Do Exhaust repair.
3) Install electrical outlet by dump truck.
3) Get dump truck running.
4) Dig load of dirt.
6) Load dump truck.
FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK:
1) Deliver Soil and spread $$$.
2) Deliver gravel $ + then go back to spread $-? (friend)
3) Review possible job {$$}
4) Get personal gravel and spread.
5) Work on septic system.
Day 4 of Week 4 of 2025
Got a good bit done this morning.
8:03am: I need to stay disciplined through the morning tasks & cleaning the kitchen.
2:30pm: I really blew it today. Took more breaks than I did work and then the work I did have to do three times harder than I expected so nothing got done. Arrrrrgh!
I've got to force myself to do some basic cleanup and general maintenance.
1-fill truck with oil
2-move tractor
3-empty latrine bucket
3:35pm: DONE with those bits.
1- put hand tools away
2-cover tractor
3-put heater and extension cord away
4-remove wheel from hand truck
5-get cleaned up to go to dinner with friend.
Yesterday (day 1 of week 5 was successful) I completed a paying job.
Day 2 of Week 5 of 2025
Today is a day of regrouping. But regrouping must be accompanied with significant progress. My mind is confused and out of focus. Work and mpersonal obligations are getting muddled together making it hard to zero in on the most important priorities.
RECEIPTS AND TIRE PRESSURES ARE THE BIGGIES FOR THE DAY.
Daily minutias need to be maintained also.
