Resilience is adapting well when faced with adversary, grief, trauma, tragedy and stress. How we rebuild it is important to our well- being. Our life is built like a road map with a lot of streets, curves and bumps in the road.
Some examples of resilience is:
flood of thoughts
stress
strong emotions
Some people are more than resilience than others. We build our resilience through prioritizing our friendships with others, taking care of our well - being, finding our purpose in life and embracing healthy thoughts.
How do you rebuild your resilience?

How do you rebuild your resilience?
I can rebuild my resilience by learning to do the things that I fear.
Journaling my thoughts is a good technique to understand my thoughts.
Understanding or reminding myself that mistakes happen and that I am human.
How can we be supportive to you?
By being patient with me.

I'm not sure what this means. Are these examples of challenges to resilience?
How do you rebuild your resilience?
I'll try to follow the advice given for connections, taking care of myself, etc. I'm not really sure what my purpose is. I think that might be important to clarify.
How can we be supportive to you?
Patience, compassion, gentleness, and validation.

How do you rebuild your resilience?
I am building resilience by checking in with my emotions often. I allow myself to feel them so they do not consume me, and I can move forward. Then I look at my struggle to see what I can control about it and make a plan. It also helps to take care of my physical body, so my mental health is taken care of, at least at the base level.
How can we be supportive to you?
This community can be supportive by being compassionate and kind. Sometimes mistakes are made, but I have appreciated how great this community has been at helping me move forward and keep trying my best.
@madiisun
Glad to see you can rebuild it this way and our community won't let someone hang a side like we do not care because we do care we are all family here.

My resilience is my faith in Jesus. I call it to him in my pain and troubles and he gives me peace, even in the middle of the darkest storms. This doesn’t mean I don’t still deal with grief and sorrow, but he gives me hope where I would have no hope if I didn’t know him as my Savior.

@secondhandhippie I have faith in Jesus always what pain I am going through it’s been a longterm for me it doesn’t define me my pain

Great post about building resilience!
I build resilience by always standing back up and face the challenge again and again and again. Only when it's clear (based on facts) I will stop or not try. Example it's obvious I cannot run 10 miles anymore, so I won't try.

I build resilience by
building belief in myself
Building social support
Cultivating a belief that anything is possible, I just have to find the way. This helps me try again when something doesn't work, because it means I haven't failed, I just haven't found the right way yet.

@pamharley003
For me, resilience means keeping my focus forward, no matter how difficult the situation is. When faced with challenges, I take the time to reflect on what valuable lessons I can learn from the experience.
When I feel overwhelmed, it is important to pause, take deep breaths, and remind myself that hardships are a part of life. I am not alone in this, and most importantly, I can find strength within myself first.
That shift in mindset is crucial: "I can do this. I have been through hardships before and survived. This is just another lesson, and there is light at the end of the tunnel."
