Hello Leadership Crew!
I am having a blast with you all. This leadership program is a lot of fun and Im glad we are doing it. I think itll help across many fronts. Shout out to @aleks2 and @quietmagic for their help looking at the first batch of results on our leadership composition. ÃÂ
Here is a summary:
Here is a summary from @quietmagic on what our collective - all of us together - strengths and weaknesses might be:
Leadership Crew Strengths:
Altruism/motivation: Having a deep passion for helping people that drives all we do and creates a feeling of purpose and meaning
Idealism: Having inspiring dreams and visions of just how unbelievably powerful and beneficial this site can be: imagining all of the good we might be able to create, all of the suffering we might be able to help heal
Kindness: Being able to create a kind, cooperative, culture that is gentle and considerate with people's feelings
Compassion: Being able to understand, connect with, and feel an urgency to resolve the needs, concerns, or problems of the people that we serve
Relationship: Feeling a yearning for deep, meaningful connections with others, creating a community where people are able to be authentic and feel a sense of belongingness
Leadership Crew Weaknesses
Practical implementation: Developing and optimizing systems, managing the fine details for concretely achieving our broad goals
Risk-taking: Being willing to take risks or make drastic changes to existing systems/practices where needed
The above analysis feels/seems right to me. This new leadership program in fact can be seen as one way that we are attempting to address a growth area by optimizing our leadership systems! And, zooming back, if there was going to be a team of people that was going to try to pull off the impossible (a free emotional support system), then I think itd be with the leadership composition described above under strengths. Itll take a lot of optimism and kindness to make this a reality!
Okay, lets transition to the next exercise and discussion.
Begin by taking the Big 5 test and answering the following questions. You can also read more on the Big 5 here ÃÂ and below.

3. How can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
4. How can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in a leadership role on 7 Cups and in your career?
After fulfilling the requirements of this post, please check out the next post here! You must take part in the brainstorming/activities given in all of these posts to successfully complete the program.

@GlenM
Yet another great test and here are my results -
1. What were the main things you learned about yourself?
As per the results and my personal observation, I learnt that I am open to new experiences. Tends to be disorganized but in a way, I seem to know where exactly what is kept even in between all the mess. Extremely introverted unless I find topics that grab my interest. Subtly calm and relaxed through tough situations.
2. What are your top 3 strengths according to this test?
Agreeable, Open Mindedness, Relaxed/Secure
3. How can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal
life?
These skills have been a very dependable aspect of my life, both personally and professionally. Agreeable nature helps me make new acquaintances with much ease and open mindedness is simply a bonus to that. The ability to stay calm or relaxed in situations helps me make rational, unbiased decisions.
4. How can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in a leadership role on 7 Cups and in your career?
Being open minded usually sends a good vibe letting the other person know that I can be approached. I believe this is an important quality to ensure that 7Cups as a community is made to feel safe and welcome. An analytical trait helps me make the best out of a given situation.
1. I didn't really learn anything new but the test confirmed my strenghts/weekness such as extraversion and agreeableness
2. My top 3 strengths according to the test are:
open-mindedness, conscientiousness, extraversion.
3. It enables me to be kind and compassionate towards others, to be kind and caring with whoever comes across, too seek the good in and help them be the best person they can possibly be.
4. On 7 cups, these strengths can help me be kind and compassionatr to whoever I come across, my utlinate gola will be to improve the site with my strengths however I can and create a safe and secure place for the community. To create a better place with my work.
I learned that i'm half extroverted and half introverted,
I consider the feelings of others, I am neither fully social or introverted, I can be open minded at times.
It can help with jobs through being able to entertain others.
It can help me through being someone that can make others happy.
@GlenM

2. I am agreeable, conscientious, and open minded
3. By knowing these strengths I know what type of person I am, and even though they are my strengths, where I could make changes
4. In a 7 Cups role this can help me by easily being able to work with others.
1. What were the main things you learned about yourself?
I learnt that I'm relatively open-minded and enjoy the company of others - which kind of surprised me!
2. What are your top 3 strengths according to this test?
My top 3 strengths are open-mindedness, extraversion, and reliable.

On 7 Cups, the strengths identified above can make me a better listener in empathizing with others and maintain a good balance between professionalism and humanity. They will also make me better equipped in handling conflicts as well as arguments between members in a leadership role.
@GlenM
1. I learned that I am open-minded, conscientious, extraverted, agreeable, and calm/relaxed.
2. Open-mindedness, Conscientiousness, and Agreeableness.
3. These strengths play a major role in the way I communicate with people as well as give insight into how I look at certain situations.
4. The strengths I identified from both tests contribute to a leadership role on 7 cups as it establishes that my personality allows me to have a good foundation as a leader and that I can work well with others.
@GlenM
1. What were the main things you learned about yourself?
Well, I learned from the test that I'm a very anxious person, who even if I want to be an organised teenager, I will just keep a messy desk and room (for whatever reason). I also learned more about me being open-minded, which confirms from the 16personalities test I just took.
2. What are your top 3 strengths according to this test?
Agreeableness - To say a bit more, it really confirms with the real-life, where I really like to help people, to support new ideas and the ones who need help, even if I'm not good either.
Open-Mindedness - It confirms the real-life and the 16personalities test. I really like to be open-mind and think out of the box, searching for new ideas and interesting facts that are not really accepted or it's taboo.
Extraversion (you probably enjoy spending quiet time alone) - Even if I think this isn't very good, this is who I am and I enjoy spending time alone, and I can transform this into a quality, being a safe place alone, where I can just relax and recharge my social batteries. Also, from this, I learned on my own that every person needs a safe place, and you can't, from a leadership position, put everyone out of their zone, because they would just go in the safe place ASAP to recharge.
3. How can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
Well, from what I learned from both tests, I can take and compare, and begging to work on myself more, doing exercises with myself and gaining confidence that I can take a leadership position, even in my life, not just being a participant in my own life.
4. How can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in a leadership role on 7 Cups and in your career?
Well, now being aware of my strengths, I can apply them on 7Cups and search for a position that can help me develop more. After finding a good leadership position I can start applying that in my team, trying to get my best from me and my team, and help others.
1. What were the main things you learned about yourself?
That I express irritation easily.
2. What are your top 3 strengths according to this test?
Not anxious. Organised.
3. How can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
Improvement in approach to life.
4. How can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in a leadership role on 7 Cups and in your career?
I am organised so I can make time for 7 cups regularly.
