@Heather225

What are the 5 signs of passive-aggressive communication?

1. Silent Treatment

2. Subtle Insults

3. Procrastinating on Purpose

4. Sabotage

5.Keeping Score

What is one example of passive-aggressive behavior you have experienced in your life?

I have experienced Subtle Insults and Silent Treatment.  At my job, my new principal will always tell me what a great job I’ve in leading my team and doing curriculum and they aren shocked that it was completed.  Silent treatment is often done with many friends who are mad but do no wish to communicate.

Why is passive aggression so damaging to our community?

-Passive aggression is so damaging for our community because it takes away trust, it causes one to feel power over another and it is a form of dishonesty.  It takes away trust from the person asking and not wanting to ask them again for help can cause lack of teamwork or community.
