It's a new month, and I just had my last therapy session online earlier this evening. So much work to do for the next few days...

Went outside today late afternoon with my mom just to accompany her to pay some bills and do grocery. I also started slowly packing my clothes too.

Just watching some movies today and backing up one of my gadgets onto my PC which took almost forever 😩. My patience is being tested.

I finally mustered the strength to do a digital cleansing, meaning wiping out most of my social accounts, or simply deactivating them because I didn't have the heart to erase them off from existence. I'm still in the process, but I feel lighter now that I've done most of it.

It hurts so much to let go of who I was for the past few years. And I tried my best during those years to express who I wanted to be. But I can't be that person anymore. And I no longer want to be that person.

I'm still packing my stuff and also sorting out the rest of my digital clutter. I even proceeded to block my former friend from my personal accounts for my safety. I no longer feel safe with them around after knowing how easy it was for them to cut me off because I wasn't okay.

Air quality is bad over here. Other than that, this is my last day to post my one liner entry. I'm glad I was able to keep up with this during my recovery. Thank you everyone for reading this far. 💙
