Today, I got to finally spend some longer hours with my long distance partner after several months. We watched a movie together!

It's been almost a week and my right ear is still muffled, which prevents me from hearing clearly from one side.

sounds like a rough couple of days. My grandpa was my rock and the first person who made me feel loved and know how to give it. I will bet you miss yours terribly. I am glad for the good things he likely taught you. Carry them with you, and he will always be there. I hope your hearing is better soon. Perhaps you can get medical help?
@adaptableOcean4193 I'll see if this issue continues to persist, although I'm not feeling any pain or swelling on my ear, which I used to get few years back. Hopefully it'll fade soon.
And thank you for your kind words. My grandfather was like my second father to me when my own father wasn't around. Anyway, I hope you're doing well wherever you are. 💖

Today this evening I officially signed up for something new here. There's a lot I can actually learn from there 😮. Hopefully the journey's worthwhile! 😊

Day 1 of being a listener and it was really rough 😔. Got shamed when I used my L account to host a sharing circle today because it was so active and hectic and later had 2 rough chats, one them criticizing me for not asking questions when I already gave them space to talk about what they're going through. I miss talking to my long term listener 😞.
@compassionateOak202 Hey :) Hope you don't mind. I saw when you hosted in the sharing circle. With everything that was going on with the troll and as many people that were there. Hosting chats isn't an easy job but you did really good. And with listening that takes time too. Try to be gentle with your thoughts - you'll get the hang of it! ❤️

Today was a much better day. I received a lot of support and I didn't feel as down as I was yesterday. Continued to attend my recovery group as well as some readings. 😊

It was a good day today. I was able to go through 2 chat sessions when I originally planned one, did some more readings on the trainings, and attended my recovery program meeting and 1-1 peer support chat 😊

Had my 3rd therapy session this evening, which turned out great. But most of the day today, I spent time streaming tv shows and movies with my sister, who is currently studying abroad. I miss her.

Finally set a date to meet my best friend from college after 4 years since we've graduated together back in my home country. I miss her so much. And I can't wait to tell her everything that I've been through - my crisis, recovery, therapy, etc. 💙

Felt a bit sad today while looking back at my old art. I'm starting to realize the best course for me is to start everything over from a brand new slate...
