lots has happened recently, but i think that i might be improving. it got really bad for a while, but my head has been clearer for the past few days.

has it seriously been over a year since ive posted here? i find that astounding! so so much has changed. im in the process of getting more help, and have been able to understand various struggles a lot better. theres still a lot of work to be done, but ill just keep going! <3
