There's nothing wrong with quietly singing along. Here at the house or in the truck I felt those lyrics out. I can't carry a tune to save my soul but it's cathartic :)

I had to laugh - I've had that happen in the shop. Singing like crazy only to turn around and the neighbor was there 😂

Was having trouble getting pictures to post without triggering the stupid censor. Turns out it was an extension that allowed me to bypass the stupid reply limit

Had that oh cr*p moment

Whipped out my phone to check the days

Popped out of hiding

Had to test some candy canes for quality control *needed a sugar rush*

Got my elf on

Had a talk with the Big Guy

Checked on the reindeer

Picked out a tree

Decorated it and did the lights

Played some Christmas songs

Let's put on our ugly sweaters

And drink something warm

Maybe have alittle snack

While we wrap those gifts

Sneak a few peeks

And now we wait

I have been having bad times with the dizziness

and triggered with the abuse here I hardly post now its too much I can't go through that again

and just other things that aren't here have been triggering

@Farrah17 ❤️ I'm sorry to hear you're still having problems with the dizziness. Is it anxiety related? Or caused by something else? I'm sorry if I asked and you told me before. My memory has been really faulty lately

Triggers are so hard to deal with. As a result we kind of try to avoid them. Which is a good thing - bad thing. The good thing is we avoid what triggers us - the bad thing is that it isn't healing. I'm finding this out myself

It seems that the bad things that happened here in the forums has been stopped. The security seems better. I know you've also been having some bad luck with listeners too. But there's still good people here. I hope with alittle more time this place can become a safe place for you again because you were doing good things here. Your hug thread was amazing. It was nice to see all those people just giving out hugs for no reason other than they cared. I know you're trying to keep things in your life positive and I have to agree - we need more positivity in our lives. It seems we need that now more than ever

I am doing really well in my recovery so that is good

I appear to have lost friends and its really difficult to deal with that its extremely hurtful and upsetting I don't find many understand either

I hope it gets better here too

@Farrah17 Do you have grounding methods you could try? It takes some practice to get them to work and the same one won't allways work but they can be helpful

yes some people don't understand

its not easy making friends people hardly make time or put in the effort I find

most people appear to accept my situation online I am thankful for that
